A soft Prairie Blue plaid printed onto real denim, cut into a relaxed straight leg that stops at the ankle. The waist cinches with a cord threaded through metal grommets, and the oversized patch pockets on the front are deep enough to actually use. No stiff break-in period, nothing to unbutton.
Look at the blend and you'll see where the money went: 54% cotton for structure, lyocell and viscose for drape, and 3% elastane for recovery. Most printed denim is a heavy cotton twill that carries the print on a stiff surface and bags out at the knee by afternoon. This one moves with you and springs back. The ankle crop is deliberate too, landing right where a clog or a boot begins so it never bunches at the hem.
