A deep Ember Brown mineral wash on soft cotton, cut oversized with a dropped shoulder and wide three-quarter sleeves that flare a little at the wrist. Exposed seams run across the shoulders and the hem, with a waffle-textured panel at the bottom that catches the light. Pull it on over jeans and you're finished.
The mineral wash is what separates this from a plain brown top. The garment is washed with mineral salts after it's sewn, which softens the fibers and leaves the color mottled and faded around the seams — so no two pieces come out exactly alike. Yours will differ slightly from the one in the photo, and that's the point. A flat pigment-dyed top can't do that, and it never gets softer than the day you bought it.
