• FREE US shipping on orders over $75.
• Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 on orders under $75.
• Oversized items — large designer handbags and other items that require an oversized box — ship for a flat $16.95 and are not eligible for free shipping. These items are noted on the product page.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Harrisburg, Illinois — choose this option at checkout.
We currently ship within the mainland United States only. After our 24–48 hour processing window, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, consumables and food items, customized Items, seasonal Items, sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
